Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal and Refund Conditions

Participants enrolled in our 60-day courses have 15 days from the course start date to withdraw and receive a full refund. All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service at support@french-community.ca within this period.

2. Refund Procedures

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days after the request is received and processed. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the course start date, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

3. Exceptions and Additional Information

No refunds will be issued for requests received after 30 days from the course start date. Administrative or material fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. For any questions or special circumstances, please contact our team before the refund deadline
